The girls' 1000m was also the deepest event on the day as Chelsea Kushner of Pearl River outkicked Jessica Kendzor of JFK and Caile Kohlbrenner of Tappan Zee to win in 3:05.4, with 3:05.7, 3:06.3, 3:07.0, and 3:07.5 the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th place times.
