Friday's meet at RCC

Hello all!

A quick note about this Friday's meet at Rockland Community College (RCC).

1. The bus will leave directly from Kennedy at 3:00 pm.
   
2. Athletes should either bring money for food (they serve fried chicken fingers and fries) or bring something for a dinner like a PB&J sandwich with a drink.
   
3. This meet has varied in time over the years in finishing time. It could be 9:30, it could be midnight. Athletes will be asked to call their parents to let them know when we are leaving RCC and asked again when we are about 30 minutes from Kennedy's parking lot on the return trip home.
   

If you can get out and run for a bit today, it might be a good idea.  If you have a gym membership, even better!  See you all at school tomorrow!
